Neil C. Walker

Neil joined Conestoga Capital Advisors in April 2024 as Controller, where he is responsible for managing the firm’s finance and accounting operations and supporting the financial oversight for the Conestoga Funds. Before joining Conestoga, Neil held a similar role as Controller at both Chartwell Investment Partners and The Killen Group and began his career in public accounting. Neil graduated cum laude from the University of Delaware with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the AICPA.
