The Cristo Rey Network is a movement of 40 high schools across the U.S. that provides college preparatory education to students with limited economic resources, while also providing the opportunity to gain meaningful work experience alongside their classroom studies. In 2021, Conestoga began a partnership with Cristo Rey Philadelphia High School through their Work-Study Program, which offers students professional experience in the workforce. Two of their students work with us one day each week during the school year, learning and assisting us with a variety of projects and tasks. All members of the firm take part in the initiative through mentoring the students and providing insights into the financial services industry. This year we are happy to have Genesis and Gracie onboard our team!
WIN members had an incredible time at the WIN Pickleball Event sponsored by Mondrian Investment Partners! It was a great evening with two pickleball clinics, lots of networking, and a surprise raffle.

Founded in 2007, WIN of Philadelphia is dedicated to empowering and supporting professionals throughout their careers in the investment industry. More than 500 investment and financial service professionals in the Mid-Atlantic region benefit from WIN’s monthly educational and social programs. These programs provide opportunities for professional networking, advice, and best practices from experts in their field, and foster connections with colleagues and mentors who help members grow as professionals. The women of Conestoga are members of WIN and attend their events throughout the year. This summer, Conestoga will be hosting a golf outing for WIN members at TopGolf, which we hope will be a big success!
