Zachary W. Wilson

Zach joined Conestoga Capital Advisors in June 2022 as a member of the Operations Team and became a Partner of the firm in 2026. In his role, he is responsible for overseeing various daily operational tasks including portfolio reconciliation and the proxy voting process. Zach also serves as Assistant Compliance Officer, where he assists with a range of compliance-related responsibilities such as vendor risk assessments. Zach received his BSBA with a concentration in Finance from Kutztown University in 2016 and his MBA with a specialization in Finance from Saint Joseph’s University in 2023.
