Joseph F. Monahan, CFA

Joe retired from Conestoga on June 30, 2026, and currently serves as a Consultant Co-Portfolio Manager for select legacy accounts. During his 18 years with Conestoga, he served as a Managing Partner and Co-Portfolio Manager for the firm’s Small Cap and Micro Cap strategies. He also served as an analyst for the firm’s Small and SMid Cap strategies and was a member of the firm’s Board of Managers, where he helped oversee Conestoga’s management and strategic direction. Joe joined Conestoga in 2008 from McHugh Associates, where he was a Senior Vice President and Portfolio Manager and a member of the firm’s Investment Committee. Prior to joining McHugh in 2001, he was a Vice President and Portfolio Manager at Pitcairn Trust Company. Joe earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the Pennsylvania State University and an MBA from Temple University. He is a CFA Charterholder and a member of the CFA Society of Philadelphia.
